LEPCA II project “Advanced training for international child abduction lawyers”


The International Child Abduction Center and MiKK e.V. are happy to announce that the LEPCA II project “Advanced training for international child abduction lawyers” has been launched. We have professional and exciting training planned for you over the next 12 months, consisting of four webinars and a blended training.

During and after our training an important evaluation will be held. The working language will be English.

We would like to invite you to join us for these four webinars covering various topics closely related to cross-border child abduction cases.
In each instance, the webinars will be run by experts in their field and will build on your knowledge.
The four webinars will each be divided into two parts. We hope that this format will allow you to plan your participation easily.
There is no participation fee for the webinars.

2017

January, 26 & 27, 2017: The Blended Training in Berlin

The European Blended Training is a combined conference and interactive training event. Special rates will be available for the first registered 80 participants who have participated live in a minimum of three webinars.

Expected results:

  • Expansion of the legal expertise of EU lawyers in the field of the 1980 Hague Abduction Convention, the Brussels II bis Regulation and the 1996 Hague Child Protection Convention
